1. Product Characteristics
Cationic polyacrylamide is a water soluble polymer polyelectrolyte, non-toxic, odorless, easy to absorb moisture, soluble in water, not soluble in ethanol, acetone and other organic solvents. Molecular chain of this product has a good stretch performance and this product has good elasticity, stable relative molecular mass, uniform charge distribution, rapid in generating flocculation, rapid separation speed, compact flocculation, high strength and good dehydration.

3. Uses
1. As flocculant, used for treating domestic sewage and organic wastewater, such as alcohol wastewater, paper-making wastewater, gourmet powder factory wastewater, sugar refinery wastewater, feed wastewater, textile printing and dyeing wastewater. Used in slurry sediment and slurry dehydration during urban wastewater, meat, poultry and food processing wastewater treatment.
2. Can be used as paper dry strength agent, retention aids, and filter aids in paper-making industry. Can also be used for white water treatment; and can also achieve significant flocculation effect during de-inking process.
3. Can be used as mining wastewater and coal washing wastewater clarifying agent in the ore dressing and coal dressing industries.
4. Can be used in dyeing wastewater, leather waste water and oily wastewater treatment.
5. In phosphoric acid purification, can facilitate gypsum separation in the process of wet process phosphoric acid.
6. Used as water treatment flocculant for water plants with river as source of water, can achieve better effect especially when used together with inorganic flocculants.
7. Used in oilfield chemical additives, such as clay anti-swelling agents, oilfield acidification thickening agent.
4. Instruction
1. Should be configured into dilute solution when used alone; the general concentration is 0.1-0.3%. Should be dissolved with water with neutral or low hardness and the water should not contain suspended matters or mineral salts.
2. When treating different sewages or sludge, should select appropriate products according to treatment process and water quality and pharmaceutical dosages should be determined by the concentration of the water to be treated or the water content of the sludge.
5. Notes
The product is easy to absorb moisture, so please pay attention to keeping it dry during storage. It should be placed in a ventilating and dry warehouse.
